Cso-class for a class with a non-cso-ready parent class and a cso-ready grandparent class is wrong

Lets say there are 3 classes A, B, C. C extends B and B extends A. A and C are cso-ready but B is not. The cso-class corresponding to C will have CsoGateway.System.CsoGenerated as its base class instead of the cso-class corresponding to A. Cso-class A will not be imported and the cso-class C will declared the properties there are supposed to be in cso-class A.
